About 20 years ago I was popping posters up in and around Poulton advertising my two new classes "Adult Tap" and "Pop Dance" and the very beginnings of JC Dance were slowly taking place.
Feels a very long time ago and equally, 5 minutes ago!
I'm happy and proud that JC Dance has become the school it is and is filled with happy, keen, supportive, friendly pupils and parents.
This year should have been our 20th show... however due to Covid the 20th will be next year... and will be a special one to celebrate the milestone!
P.S. The photo is one of my all time favourites of my daughter... it's not easy for her having Mummy being her dance teacher and it's tiring having to always be the first to arrive, last to leave, having lots of waiting around to do and having to share Mummy!! But playing on stage being fascinated by the lights whilst I discussed lighting at our Dress Rehearsal was a little bonus for her :-)
